Update: Theatre Status
We hope everyone is safe and sound during these trying times! Some of you have called or written indicating your interest in getting involved in a new theatrical project. Unfortunately, theatres and other forms of live entertainment are among the enterprises most affected by the safety demands of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As we continue to monitor the global pandemic closely, and with the safety of our patrons and performers in mind, we have made the decision to cancel the musical we had planned for next January, 2021.
While it is too early to commit to any specific time frame, we look forward to bringing live theatre back to Readington as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, we will begin exploring other ways we can provide entertainment to the community in a safe and responsible manner.
We are using this time to re-organize the operational management of the theatre, including adding a new member to the executive committee. We hope to come out of the pandemic stronger than ever!
Please stay tuned for further updates. We wish everyone the best and thank you for your continued support and interest.
